Return Eligibility
At Xlaxshyxdhon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. Due to the nature of living plants, we have specific return policies to ensure plant health and customer satisfaction.
Return Timeframe
Plants may be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase. After this period, we cannot accept returns as plant health may have been affected by environmental conditions.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, plants must be:
- In their original condition and pot
- Not showing signs of damage caused by improper care
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@xlaxshyxdhon.world or call us at +1 416-555-1297 within the return timeframe. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if the plant shows signs of damage or if the return is initiated after the 7-day period but within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange plants for different varieties of equal or greater value. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Plants
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately with photos of the plant. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Plants that have been repotted or removed from their original containers
- Plants showing signs of pest infestation or disease caused by improper care
- Custom or special order plants
- Plants purchased more than 14 days ago
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
In-Store Returns
You may return plants purchased online to our physical store location at 482 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1K4. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation.
